conditions of participation
prize draw roadshow
As part of the contest, participants can win a pair of sneakers of their choice, valued at up to €180 (including tax), at each tour stop in the Roadshow Cube after successfully completing the “Hot Wire” game.
The prize will not be handed out immediately on-site but will be provided in the form of a voucher code. With this voucher code, the winner can order a pair of sneakers of their choice online. The voucher code will be issued on-site after successful participation.
The prize is valid exclusively under the redemption conditions specified by the organizer. Cash redemption, exchange, subsequent changes to the selected model, or transfer of the voucher code to third parties are not permitted.
The selection of the sneakers is limited exclusively to the assortment available from the organizer or participating online store at the time of redemption. There is no entitlement to a specific model, a specific size, or availability at a specific time.
A prize is only awarded if the “Hot Wire” is successfully operated in accordance with the game rules communicated on-site. Whether the game task has been successfully completed is determined immediately on-site by the staff or via the technical equipment.
Only one prize is allowed per person.

How to enter

Entry is free of charge.
Any person of legal age (16 years or older) residing in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland is eligible to participate. Employees of Paul Green GmbH and employees of cooperation partners who are or were involved in the creation or administration of the giveaway are excluded.
Each participant may enter only once.
Registration for the contest occurs automatically upon subscribing to the tenhaag Roadshow newsletter.
price draw procedure
The prize draw begins on April 10, 2026, and ends on June 2, 2026, at 11:59 p.m.
The winner will be determined after the contest has ended.
The winner will be selected at random from among all participants using a random number generator.
The winner will be notified of the prize promptly via email and asked to confirm.
The delivery or mailing of the prizes will be arranged individually with the winners.
If the winner does not respond within seven days or has provided incorrect information, the prize may be transferred to another participant.
The prize cannot be redeemed for cash, exchanged for goods, or transferred to other persons. A participant may decline the prize.
If a winner is unable to claim the prize, it will be re-awarded to another participant by random drawing.
Liability
Participants have no legal right to the conduct or the above-described administration of the contest or to participation therein. Paul Green reserves the right to terminate the contest early and to exclude participants. Paul Green shall therefore not be liable, for example, for the exclusion of a participant, for any errors in the administration of the contest, or for the termination of the contest.
Otherwise, Paul Green’s liability for slight negligence is excluded.
The personal data of participants in the “tenhaag snapshot bundle” prize draw shall be processed by Paul Green Gmbh, Haag 10, 5163 Mattsee, Austria, info@paul-green.com, +43 6217 5323 for the purpose of carrying out the prize draw in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit b GDPR, based on the prize draw agreement.
The winner’s data shall be transmitted in order to send the prize, as well as to fulfill Paul Green's obligations under tax law towards tax consultants and financial authorities resulting from the prize draw.
Data shall be transmitted to other recipients not named in this contract data privacy declaration only in accordance with the law or in coordination with the winner.
The participant shall have no legal or contractual obligation to provide personal data. If the participant does not provide the personal data required by Paul Green in order to carry out the prize draw, then the participant shall not be able to take part in the prize draw.
The winner’s personal data shall be stored for at least seven years, or for a longer term in certain cases as indicated in the BAO (Austrian Federal Tax Code), in order to fulfill the statutory obligations pursuant to Sec. 132 para. 1 BAO.
Personal data of newsletter recipients shall be stored until consent to do so is revoked.
If you take part in a Facebook prize draw, your personal data will be processed in collaboration with Meta Platform Ireland Ltd, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland as the contract processor. When you created your Facebook profile, you were informed that the Facebook group will transmit your personal data to the USA. The legal basis for data transmission to the USA is your consent in accordance with Art. 49 para. 1 lit a in conjunction with Art. 6 para. 1 lit a GDPR. Before granting your consent, you were informed that the USA does not ensure a level of data protection conforming to EU standards. In particular, US secret services can access your data without you being informed of this, and without you having any legal recourse against such access.
The participant is entitled to revoke their consent at any time after it is granted. If consent is granted in writing, it may only be revoked in writing; if consent is granted to receive electronic advertisements, it may also be possible to revoke such consent by clicking the unsubscribe link. If consent is revoked, processing shall be halted unless there is another legal basis for processing. The legality of data processed up until the time of revocation shall not be affected.
The participant is entitled to object to the processing of their personal data for the purpose of direct marketing. If they withdraw their consent, the participant’s personal data will no longer be used for direct marketing purposes.
The participant has the right to receive information regarding their personal data, the right to request the rectification and deletion of personal data, the right to restrict data processing, the right to data portability and the right to submit complaints to a data protection supervisory authority.
