tenhaag is a brand of Paul Green GmbH.
These conditions of participation regulate participation in the prize draw “tenhaag snapshot bundle” of Paul Green Gmbh, Haag 10, 5163 Mattsee Austria (hereinafter referred to as “Paul Green”) by the participants, and the collection and use of the data disclosed by or collected from the participants. 
By participating in the prize draw, participants declare their acceptance of these conditions of participation. 

Participation in the contest is done by subscribing to the tenhaag newsletter (@tenhaag_official).
Participation in the contest is free of charge.
Any person of legal age (16 years or older) residing in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland is eligible to participate. Employees of Paul Green GmbH and employees of partner companies who are or were involved in the creation or administration of the contest are excluded.
Each participant may enter only once. If a participant enters the contest multiple times, only the first entry will be counted.
Registration for the contest occurs automatically upon entry.

The contest begins on April 15, 2026, and ends on April 30, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. 
The winner will be determined after the contest has ended. 
The winner will be selected at random from among all participants using a random number generator.
The winner will be announced on Instagram shortly thereafter and notified of the prize via Instagram message or, if visible in the profile, via email to the provided email address or by mail to the provided address, and will be asked to confirm and provide a shipping address.
The handover or shipment of the prizes will be arranged individually with the participants.
If the participant does not respond within seven days or has provided incorrect information, the prize may be transferred to another participant.
Cash payment of the prize, payment in kind, exchange, or transfer to other persons is not permitted. A participant may decline the prize.
If a winner is unable to claim the prize, it will be re-awarded to another participant by random drawing.

The main prize is the ultimate vintage music bundle, including an Argon Audio TT MK2 record player and tenhaag sneakers of your choice.

Participants shall have no legal entitlement to the execution of the prize drawing, nor to the above-mentioned processing of the prize draw. Participants shall have no legal entitlement to take part in the competition. Paul Green is entitled to cancel the prize draw prematurely and to exclude participants. If a participant is excluded because of an error in the execution of the prize draw or because it is canceled, for instance, Paul Green shall not incur any liability because of this.
Otherwise, Paul Green’s liability for slight negligence shall be excluded.

The personal data of participants in the “tenhaag snapshot bundle” prize draw shall be processed by Paul Green Gmbh, Haag 10, 5163 Mattsee, Austria, info@paul-green.com, +43 6217 5323 for the purpose of carrying out the prize draw in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit b GDPR, based on the prize draw agreement.
The winner’s data shall be transmitted in order to send the prize, as well as to fulfill Paul Green's obligations under tax law towards tax consultants and financial authorities resulting from the prize draw.
Data shall be transmitted to other recipients not named in this contract data privacy declaration only in accordance with the law or in coordination with the winner.
The participant shall have no legal or contractual obligation to provide personal data. If the participant does not provide the personal data required by Paul Green in order to carry out the prize draw, then the participant shall not be able to take part in the prize draw.
The winner’s personal data shall be stored for at least seven years, or for a longer term in certain cases as indicated in the BAO (Austrian Federal Tax Code), in order to fulfill the statutory obligations pursuant to Sec. 132 para. 1 BAO.
Personal data of newsletter recipients shall be stored until consent to do so is revoked.
If you take part in a Facebook prize draw, your personal data will be processed in collaboration with Meta Platform Ireland Ltd, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland as the contract processor. When you created your Facebook profile, you were informed that the Facebook group will transmit your personal data to the USA. The legal basis for data transmission to the USA is your consent in accordance with Art. 49 para. 1 lit a in conjunction with Art. 6 para. 1 lit a GDPR. Before granting your consent, you were informed that the USA does not ensure a level of data protection conforming to EU standards. In particular, US secret services can access your data without you being informed of this, and without you having any legal recourse against such access.
The participant is entitled to revoke their consent at any time after it is granted. If consent is granted in writing, it may only be revoked in writing; if consent is granted to receive electronic advertisements, it may also be possible to revoke such consent by clicking the unsubscribe link. If consent is revoked, processing shall be halted unless there is another legal basis for processing. The legality of data processed up until the time of revocation shall not be affected.
The participant is entitled to object to the processing of their personal data for the purpose of direct marketing. If they withdraw their consent, the participant’s personal data will no longer be used for direct marketing purposes.
The participant has the right to receive information regarding their personal data, the right to request the rectification and deletion of personal data, the right to restrict data processing, the right to data portability and the right to submit complaints to a data protection supervisory authority. In addition to these conditions of participation, the relationship between Paul Green, the participant and Facebook is regulated by the Facebook terms of service at https://www.facebook.com/terms.php: These shall apply additionally, and the regulations of these conditions of participation shall take precedence over them insofar as they are relevant. 
Paul Green is the sole organizer of this prize draw. Facebook has no connection to this prize draw, and does not sponsor, support, or organize this prize draw in any way. With their participation, all participants release Facebook entirely from any claims. Facebook shall not have any obligations or entitlements as a result of the prize draw. 
All inquiries and information regarding the prize draw must be directed to Paul Green, and not to Facebook. 

Any cash pay-outs and legal recourse are excluded.
Only Austrian law shall apply, excluding international conflict of law rules.
If any of these provisions are or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
