Our sneakers are made of 100% vegan materials – our eco friendly and extremely durable shoes have everything you would expect from a modern sneaker. 

The tread of our sneakers is made of 100% natural rubber. This high-quality raw material is sourced exclusively from Vietnamese rubber trees and guarantees premium quality and sustainability. Each pair of soles contains 10-15% recycled rubber, helping us to further reduce our ecological footprint. Excess rubber is reused in production. As well as being stylish and comfortable, our sneakers are also eco friendly – perfect for anyone who values sustainability.

tenhaag sneakers are not only stylish, they also protect the environment! We are committed to using recycled materials to offer you a cool look that is also eco friendly. Our soles, insoles, and even the laces are made of recycled polyester. We use an innovative combination of recycled TPU, recycled CD powder, and coffee grounds for the toe and heel caps. The tread of our soles combine natural rubber with recycled rubber to offer you exceptional comfort and support. 

Care instructions for washing tenhaag sneakers

- Remove the removable insole before washing

- Store the shoes in our tenhaag laundry bag or a similar product. Remove any coarse dirt from the shoes beforehand!

- Do not put any other items in the washing machine or in the laundry bag apart from the shoes

- Wash at a maximum temperature of 30° Celsius and set the spin cycle to the minimum speed (if possible, max. 600 rpm)

- Do not use fabric softener, only conventional detergent

- When drying the shoes, make sure that they are not exposed to direct sunlight (it is best to stuff them with paper and dry them far away from heaters or ovens) – otherwise, they may become deformed

- Do not wash the shoes too often (after extensive testing, we found that the first signs of wear from washing become visible after the 8th wash).

Take care not to expose your sneakers to direct heat when drying them. Stuff your shoes with newspaper and leave them to dry at room temperature. Avoid drying them over the fire, oven, or heater.
